FormaLoc 16 is the wider version of our standing seam system, covering more roof per panel with the same hidden-fastener performance and clean lines. It is built for Alberta conditions – high wind, heavy snow and big temperature swings.

FormaLoc 16 features

• Hidden-fastener standing seam with 16" coverage
• 1 linear ft covers about 1.33 sq ft
• Use 24ga or 26ga for roofs (29ga is not recommended for 16")
• Slopes greater than 3/12 recommended, over solid 5/8" plywood minimum

$500 minimum custom material order. Estimated lead time: 2–3 weeks. Final pricing depends on profile, gauge, colour/finish, panel length, quantity, fabrication, trims, accessories, freight/delivery and project requirements. We deliver across Alberta; freight is quoted separately and GST is added at quoting.

FormaLoc 16 starts at $4.19 / linear ft and goes up to $8.15 / linear ft depending on gauge and finish. For example, 8 panels at 17'6" is 140 linear ft; at $4.19 per linear ft that is $586.60 in material, before GST and delivery.

How many linear feet of FormaLoc 16 do I need?

Each linear foot covers about 1.33 sq ft, so 1,000 sq ft of wall or roof needs roughly 752 linear ft before waste, overlaps and openings. Send us your dimensions or plans and we'll calculate exact quantities for you.
